SPRING METRO LEAGUE TRYOUTS

IMPORTANT INFO:

IF YOU REGISTERED AND ATTENDED TRYOUTS IN THE FALL AND OR ATTENDED WINTER TRAINING YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER... BUT NEED TO ATTEND THE TRYOUT SESSIONS TO FINALIZE METRO TEAMS FOR SUMMER

This post does not apply to those named to Premier Youth League Teams for Under 12 and older... ROSTERS FOR PREMIER YOUTH LEAGUE TEAMS CAN BE FOUND AT THIS LINK - PYL ROSTERS 2023

 

1. All players must be registered through the RAMP system and have paid the $25.00 fee prior to attending their tryout.

 Under 7 - Born 2017/2016

Under 8 - Born 2015

Under 9 - Born 2014/2015

Under 11 - 2012/2013

Under 12 - Born 2011

Under 13 - Born 2010

Under 15 - 2008/2009

Under 17 - 2006/2007

 

IMPORTANT INFO TO REGISTER FOR TRYOUTS

1. Click on the link to the Registration Link below...  If you don't have an account, near the bottom click CREATE ONE HERE, once you have done this you can register for the tryout by clicking Available Participant Packages and scrolling to the SPRING TRYOUT age group you are looking for- once you have put in your player info - Choose Divison (spring tryout with age group)  - then go from there.

3. Registration is not complete until you have filled out the registration form and paid the $25.00 Fee

4. Payment can be etransferred to cbssocceroffice@gmail.com (make sure you put your players name in the comment section) or you can call 834-1850 with Visa or MC or drop into the office during business hours and pay in person with cash, debit or credit.  You can not pay online through the RAMP registration.

5. Registration for any tryout must be complete at least 1 hour prior to you attending your first tryout session.

6. NEW REGUIREMENTS FOR REGISTERING FOR SOCCER - The Newfoundland and Labrador Soccer Association now requires RESPECT IN SPORT FOR PARENTS to be completed by a 'primary caregiver' of each player.  The cost for the course is $12.00 and is not refundable.  This course only has to be done once. If you have it completed for another sport that will apply here.  You may be required to enter your course completion number when registering or provide it if asked at the field.

CBS Soccer will be conducting tryouts to finalize Metro League teams for summer 2023 starting Monday April 24th

All Sessions will be held at Topsail Turf

WHO - Anyone who intends to play Metro League soccer this summer should be in attendance at all sessions for your age group.

REGISTER - Only those who DID NOT register in the fall or did not play Winter training must register.

COST - $25.00 per player must be paid prior to tryout and can be done so by etransfer to cbssocceroffice@gmail.com or by calling 834-1850 with Visa or MC.  Or in person at 2500 Topsail Road with cash, debit, Visa or MC - our hours are on our phone message.

2023 METRO LEAGUE FEES 

Under 13 and Under 15 - $420.00, if sibling also U13 or U15 they would be $375.00, if Under 11 and younger see below.

Under 7, Under 8, Under 9 and Under 11 - $380.00 for first player, $335.00 for 2nd, $315.00 for 3rd and 4th and beyond $295.00

- if you are playing Metro League you won't have to pay for House League if you choose to play there as well.  If you have already paid for House League it would be deducted from your Metro League fee.
