Purpose of the Meeting - As part of a Strategic Plan undertaken by The Board of Directors of CBS Soccer and completed this spring the Board committed to an updating of the Association's Constitution to ensure wording, structure and aims met the current state of the Association.
As per the current Constitution the Board did that review and will be moving for acceptance a number of constitutional changes, many housekeeping as well as updating board roles and board makeup.

As per the constitution this Special General Membership Meeting will be held to discuss and vote on this item only.
